  • Our licensed commercial kitchen is located at:

    We are conveniently located in the west-end of Ottawa, in Stittsville.

  • Our space is a shared commercial kitchen. Rentals are per prep table/workstation and do not include exclusive use of the entire facility unless agreed to in writing.

  • Approved rental windows include:

    Prime Access

    • Sunday: 24 hours

    • Monday: 24 hours

    Evening / Overnight Access

    • Tuesday–Thursday: 6:00 PM – 9:00 AM

    • Friday–Saturday: 8:00 PM – 9:00 AM

    All bookings must be scheduled and paid in advance.

    • Hourly rentals require a minimum of 4 consecutive hours.

    • Weekly rentals require a minimum of 8 hours per week.

    • Monthly packages require a minimum of 12 hours per week commitment.

  • Our fully equipped commercial kitchen includes:

    • Dedicated gluten-free fryer

    • 6-burner commercial stove

    • Convection oven

    • Commercial dishwasher

    • Stainless steel prep workstations

    • Commercial refrigerators and freezers

    Optional dry, fridge, and freezer storage is available for monthly renters.

  • Yes. All renters must carry Commercial General Liability Insurance that:

    • Covers food production activities

    • Is active during rental dates

    • Names Delights by Mama Inc. as Additional Insured

  • Yes. You must comply with Ottawa Public Health regulations and Safe Food Handling standards.

  • We have a dedicated gluten-free fryer, but the kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility. Shared kitchens may involve gluten exposure from other renters.

  • Yes. Our commercial kitchen is a nut-free facility, meaning peanuts and tree nuts are not permitted in the space.

    To protect the safety of all food businesses operating here — especially those producing allergen-sensitive and gluten-free products — all renters must confirm that their food business is completely nut-free before approval.

  • No. Hours must be used within the scheduled timeframe and do not roll over to future weeks or months.

  • Hourly rentals include a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.

    All renters must clean and sanitize their workspace. Failure to meet cleaning standards may result in additional charges or loss of deposit.

  • Yes. A $200 refundable damage deposit is required prior to your first rental. It is returned within 5–10 business days if all policies are followed and no damage occurs.

  • Yes, but large equipment must be approved in advance to ensure compatibility and safety.

  • To get started:

    3. Confirm availability

    4. Submit payment in advance

    Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

  • All bookings are non-refundable.
